These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Loomé Rugs website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use this site.
Products & Descriptions
Every rug we sell is handmade, so small variations in colour, pile height, knot density and pattern from piece to piece — and from what you see on screen — are a natural part of the craft, not a defect. Photos are taken to represent each rug as accurately as we can, but screen settings can affect how colours appear. Sizes are listed as closely as we can measure them; a difference of a few centimetres in a handwoven rug is normal.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may be updated at any time without prior notice; the price charged is the one shown at the time your order is placed. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider — we do not see or store your full card details. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we’re free to accept or decline — for example if a rug turns out to be out of stock, if there’s an error in the listed price, or if we’re unable to verify payment. If we can’t fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we’ll let you know and issue a full refund.
Custom & Made-to-Order Rugs
Rugs ordered in a custom size, colourway, or design are woven specifically for you and may take longer to produce than our ready-made pieces; estimated timelines will be shared with you when you place the order. Because these pieces are made to your specification, our Refund and Returns Policy applies slightly differently to them — please see that page for details.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes shown at checkout, but these are estimates rather than guarantees, since delivery also depends on our shipping partners. Risk in the goods passes to you once a rug is delivered to the address provided at checkout, so please make sure your delivery details are correct before confirming an order.
Intellectual Property
All text, photography, graphics and designs on this site belong to Loomé Rugs or are used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loomé Rugs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your purchase of a rug. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them will be handled in the courts of Pakistan, without prejudice to any other rights you may have under local consumer law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business or in the law; the version posted on this page is always the current one.
